Description
A very spacious villa located on the hillside overlooking Vale da Parra to the sea. The 'Blue Flag' beaches of Sao Rafael and Gale are only a 5 minute drive away. The villa is tastefully furnished to a high standard. The mosaic tiled swimming pool (10m x 5m) has Roman steps, and is surrounded with terraces and gardens, with a pool shower. The pool has a salt water system, which makes the pool particularly pleasant to swim in, as in normal use, no chlorine is added. The property is totally enclosed by walls and electrically operated gates. Free WiFi available.
Entrance level : Hallway leading to a spacious Lounge / Dining room with digital satellite and flat screen TV with BBC & ITV chanels, and DVD. Patio doors to large dining terrace balcony with brick BBQ. From this terrace there are lovely views across the valley to the sea.
Fully fitted kitchen / breakfast room with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob,microwave, toaster & kettle and patio doors to BBQ terrace.
Twin bedroom. Single bedroom. Bathroom with a shower in the bath.

Very clean villa brilliant quiet location not too far from the old town and the new strip. The views were amazing from all of the balconies and the BBQ was great use! Check in very easy. We used their taxi company too which was very reliable! Local ssee more

We used their taxi company too which was very reliable! Local supermarket 5 minute walk. Photos do not do the size of this villa justice it is a lot bigger in person. Small suggestions for improvements: beds were very uncomfortable and noisy, they could do with a mattress topper. Also only one set of keys, could benefit from a key box outside of the villa to share keys between guests.

Very secure beautiful villa, easy to find with the directions given from Faro Airport, only took 40mins. Good location within driving distance to main towns (Vilamouria, Alvor and Albuferia) The villa has everything you need and plenty room for everysee more

Good location within driving distance to main towns (Vilamouria, Alvor and Albuferia) The villa has everything you need and plenty room for everyone. We had 7 people in the villa (2 children) fully equipped kitchen, a safe, clean, comfortable, a great terrace area to sit out at nightduring the day. Fantastic views! Good maid service, and very handy that the office was 5 minutes away if needed. The only grumble was the swimming pool was very cold! Overall extremely happy with this villa and would definitely use this company again.
