Description
Luxury and contemporary villa located in a residential area in Vale de Olival. This beautiful and new villa is oriented to the south which offers you plenty of natural sunlight. It is a very spacious villa and has all the amenities you need to spend a memorable holiday. The villa consists of 4 spacious and bright rooms, all with a private bathroom. There is a CCTV camera at the entrance and an alarm system. The living room is quite large and comfortable, with WIFI TV and air conditioning throughout the house. The kitchen area is fully equipped. The dining area is made in the kitchen area. The outside is very pleasant, it has a large infinity pool. Dining area, BBQ, Ping pong. At the bottom of the house you can spend many moments of fun with the pool table and table football. The outdoor pool is solar heated.
The price has been reduced due to possible disturbance as it is an area that is under development. The works stop are during summer time.

We were impressed with the Villa and how
Modern and well
Prepared it was . Enjoyed every minute of it and only 1 minute from the beach in car and 15 minutes from Albufeira Old town.

A moradia dispõe de todas as comodidades necessárias para as nossas férias, desde equipamentos da cozinha até aos extras como matraquilhos, mesa de snooker e ping pong, que foram um extra muito usado pelos mais novos e adoraram! O espaço exterior, piscina, zona de refeições foi onde passamos mais tempo e é bastante agradável com a bela vista para o mar. Sem dúvida que iremos voltar!
