Villa Oliveiras a beautiful, fully air conditioned 4 bed villa with gardens, heated pool & BBQ is situated in Vale de Para just 1.8km from the Blue Flag beaches of Galé’ with an olive grove to one side and vineyards to the other yet nearby there are numerous fine restaurants, shops and supermarkets within walking distance. The old town of Albufeira just a 10 min drive away. Also nearby is Algarve Shopping mall (superstore & cinema ) is just 6km, and the Golf course of Salgados. Maid service & Pool heating are available.
The house has an amazing circular lounge surrounded by windows, feature fireplace, luxurious and comfortable leather sofas, large screen TV with 150+ channels and WIFI. There's a fully equipped Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and wine cooler plus kettle toaster Microwave etc with a breakfast area.
The corridor overlooking the pool leads a service bathroom, one bedroom with 2 single beds and an ensuite superking bedroom all with fitted wardrobes a large family bathroom with bath and a shower and a further pool side double bedroom with ensuite fitted wardrobes and patio door opening onto the pool terrace.
On the first floor is the master suite with a super king sized bed private terrace fitted wardrobes and large ensuite.
All the bedrooms and lounge have air conditioning / heating, there is also a floor safe.
Outside you will find the pool with optional heating, barbeque area, patio furniture and loungers and table tennis table, all set in a beautiful garden setting. External stairs lead to the large circular rooftop terrace with views over the vineyard equipped with dining table and chairs and loungers. There is a driveway for parking two small cars or ample parking in front of the property. The property is secure fully fenced and is fitted with an alarm system.
