2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom, Villa with HEATED POOL (this is available as an optional extra ). This charming villa is located on a small residential estate, and is totally enclosed with walls and gates.
The village of Guia is only a 5 minute walk and is famous for its numerous good value restaurants of which there are over 25, it also has a daily fish and fruit & vegetable market and supermarkets. The 'Blue flag ' beaches of Galé are approx 5 minutes by car (5km). Albufeira town, famous for its nightlife and interesting old town, is also just 10 minutes by car. ‘Algarve Shopping’ the largest shopping complex in the region is only 5 minutes drive with multiscreen cinema and 10 pin bowling.
There is a lovely sized mosaic tiled swimming pool of 8.5m x 4.4m with Roman steps, surrounded by terraces and a small lawn with a shower and BBQ. The pool water is automatically cleaned biologically, so is particulary nice to swim in. Pool heating is available as an optional extra.
Sun roof terrace. The property is totally enclosed by walls and gates.
There is a bus service from Guia to the beaches and Albufeira.
