Very good value, Air Conditioned villa, ideal for a large family or group, close to the beaches of Sâo Rafael.

Located in Sesmarias west of Albufeira this villa is ideal for two families or a large group.
The 'Blue Flag' beaches of São Rafael recently voted one of the top ten beaches in europe, are only 1.7km. There are numerous other beaches, all with their own beach bar restaurants, along this the most beautiful part of the Algarve coast.
Albufeira town famous for its nightlife and interesting Old Town plus the Marina are 3 kms, just 5 to 10 mins drive.

The swimming pool size is 8m x 4m, of a waisted shape with Roman steps. It is surrounded by large terraces, and there is a built-in B.B.Q.

On the ground floor there is a fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave,utility with washing machine. Lounge/dining room with satellite TV with BBC and other free to air channels, DVD, a twin bedroom, bathroom and double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
